Office Location: FLOAT position
Work Hours: combination of 12 and 8 hour (Sunday) shifts + rotating weekends totaling 80 hours/pay period.
Clinic Hours: Monday through Saturday 8:00 - 8:00pm; Sundays 8:00 - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities include: greeting and checking in/out patients, verifying insurance, reviewing patient registration, answering phones, managing virtual waiting room, distributing mail, and serving as liaison between providers, staff, and patients.
Minimum requirements: High school diploma or GED, 1 year healthcare experience or equivalent, excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of communication procedures, typing, and computer skills. Successful completion of required clearances within 90 days.
Preferred qualifications: Front desk or concierge experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and spoken communication.
