Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Needlepointer experience required.
• Able to lift 30+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create an inviting environment in Penny Linn stores.
• Assist customers with canvas selection, threads, and basic project guidance.
• Educate customers on products and store offerings with tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock merchandise as needed.
• Process sales via Shopify POS accurately.
• Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory.
