CoralTree Hospitality Group's Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned Nectar Room & Recreation General Manager to oversee the pool areas and Nectar Restaurant. This is a pre-opening leadership role, requiring a hands-on manager who can build teams and set high standards.

You will drive guest experience, collaborate with F&B leadership on menus, control costs, and ensure safety and flawless service in a luxury environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team of professionals.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality leadership.
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, safety standards, and maintenance.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Pre-opening experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of pool areas and Nectar restaurant to high standards.
• Align operations with brand service strategy and initiatives.
• Control costs through scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and purchasing decisions.
• Develop menus and wine lists with F&B leadership.
