Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• TIPS and Food Handler certifications required.
• Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred.
• People person with the ability to create guest experiences.
• Strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods and in varied weather.
• Willing to assist other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Set up pool stations and perform daily side work.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, dishes, and utensils.
• Process payments and handle cash according to policies.
• Coordinate with kitchen on orders, allergies, and special requests.
• Ensure uniforms are clean and professional; maintain service standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and supporting team as needed.
