Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort seeks a seasoned Nectar Room & Recreation General Manager to oversee pool areas and Nectar Restaurant at Fort Lauderdale's new resort opening. You will lead operations, ensure top-tier service, develop menus with F&B leadership, and drive revenue and cost controls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a restaurant leadership role, strong wine knowledge, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leadership in luxury hotel restaurants or stand-alone restaurants.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage, wine, and service standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, inventory and costs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of pool areas and Nectar Room restaurant to high cleanliness, safety and functionality standards.
• Drive revenue growth and financial performance for the department.
• Lead development and execution of department strategies and brand service initiatives.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to design menus and wine lists.
• Control costs through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Mentor and develop Restaurant team; promote recognition and strong guest relations.
• Maintain high standards of luxury service and customer experience.
