Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort is seeking a Nectar Room & Recreation General Manager to lead the pool areas and Nectar Restaurant as part of its Fort Lauderdale opening team.

The role requires a strong luxury hospitality background, 3–5 years in leadership, exceptional guest service, and a focus on team development and operational excellence. Pre-opening experience is essential and travel/availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, safety standards, and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of five-star service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of pool areas and Nectar Room restaurant to highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Drive revenue growth and financial performance for the department while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Lead menus and wine list design with Food & Beverage leadership; manage budgeting, scheduling and purchasing.
• Provide visible leadership, recognition, and excellent guest service, with strong team development.
