Qualifications

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• TIPS and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Fluent English communication in speech and writing.
• Outdoor work capability and willingness to assist other departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome & acknowledge all guests to high service standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Communicate with kitchen about questions, wait times, and dietary requirements.
• Record transactions and process payments; maintain cleanliness and setup.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied and manage post-service interactions.
