Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Nectar Room & Recreation General Manager to join the Pier Sixty-Six Resort pre-opening team in Fort Lauderdale. This luxury resort will offer pool areas, Nectar Restaurant, and a focus on exceptional guest experiences, with strong emphasis on leadership and team development.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience in luxury settings, a passion for service, and the ability to manage operations, budgets, and menus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of pool areas and Nectar Room restaurant.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies to maximize revenue and service quality.
• Control costs through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cost-control measures.
• Lead restaurant team with focus on development and service excellence.
• Pre-opening experience is essential and a must-have attribute.
