Job summary

The Mistras Group, Inc.-Shop is seeking an NDT trainee to support Level II/III technicians by assisting with designated NDT method activities and gaining hands-on experience. This entry role emphasizes on-the-job training, adherence to procedures, and active participation in the quality system to ensure safe and compliant operations.

You will help with setup, routine maintenance, documentation, and timely completion of processes while learning company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Level II/III with set-up as directed and required.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with proper documentation and reports of services provided.
• Complete assigned process in a timely manner to ensure compliance with schedule and customer needs.
• Learn and abide by company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory and submit requisitions for day-to-day operations.
