Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Corpus Christi, TX operation. The role focuses on planning, delivering, and promoting NDT services, while meeting safety, quality and financial goals and providing strategic client solutions.

The position requires a strong NDT background with RT emphasis, personnel leadership, and proven capability to meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 8+ years in operations, 3+ years supervisory.
• NDT certifications and knowledge of RT are required or preferred.
• Strong skills in NDT equipment, inspection methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, scheduling and safety/compliance for technical services.
• Manage finances, budgets, and monthly cost reporting.
• Ensure on-time delivery and within-scope project execution.
• Develop client relationships and expand regional service offerings.
• Oversee administrative and training requirements to improve service quality.
