Acuren is seeking an Operations Manager to support our Corpus Christi, TX operation. The role focuses on planning, delivering, and promoting NDT services that meet client needs while ensuring safety, quality and financial goals.

The position requires a strong technical background in NDT, with emphasis on Radiographic Testing (RT), and proven ability to oversee inspections, interpret results and manage a team. Responsibilities include client relations, budgeting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in NDT and RT.
• Ability to perform NDT inspections and interpret results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hire, retain and manage staff with technical and safety qualifications.
• Schedule manpower and ensure resources are available and maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality programs and procedures.
• Prepare price estimates for complex work packages.
• Perform site visits to engage staff and ensure projects are on schedule and within scope.
