Job summary

Acuren is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Corpus Christi operation, focusing on NDT, RT, and safety compliant delivery of technical services. You will supervise staff, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical background in NDT with API knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to drive service excellence in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 8+ years of operational experience, 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• NDT certifications are required; API 510/570/653 knowledge is preferred.
• Strong managerial, communication, and analytical skills; ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance and safety qualifications for technical work.
• Schedule manpower and ensure resources and equipment are available and maintained.
• Ensure safety, quality programs, and proper procedures are followed.
• Prepare price estimates for complex work packages and monitor project scope.
• Perform regular site visits to supervise field activities and keep projects on schedule.
• Support business development by building client relationships and expanding services.
