Job summary

Acuren is recruiting for State Carded Level II RT Technicians to support our Corpus Christi, TX operation. Local candidates preferred with a 4x10 schedule and OT as needed. Relocation assistance is available; TWIC and regulatory credentials required.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, reporting, and NDT testing across industrial settings. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant NDT certifications, and the ability to interpret radiographs and other readouts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or college degree
• Proof of classroom hours
• Proof of experience hours
• Tx Trainer State Card
• TWIC Card

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
