Job summary

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in industrial/NDT settings, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing safety programs, budgets, and performance across divisions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a General Management role preferred.
• Experience in an industrial, nuclear, petrochemical, refining or utility environment required.
• Nondestructive Testing (NDT) industry experience required.
• College coursework desirable, but not required.
• Effective communicator with ability to mitigate emotional customer and employee situations.
• Must understand MISTRAS' Advanced Technology offerings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operation as a whole.
• Site visits with employees and customers.
• Support Operations with manpower and equipment staffing requirements.
• Manage and support Project Managers at assigned evergreen accounts.
• Develop and achieve fiscal budgets.
• Use KPIs to increase customer value.
• Approve all lab expenditures.
• Lead employee retention and development.
• Collaborate with sales on targets and pricing strategies.
• Contract review and negotiation.
• Ensure safe and quality-driven operations.
