Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality across two In-Labs in Heath and Hebron, ensuring the integrity of the QMS and Nadcap compliance. You will drive quality initiatives, maintain accreditations, and collaborate with operations to sustain high performance.

You will mentor teams, manage audits, and promote a culture of quality across the organization, partnering with customers and primes while safeguarding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior quality experience in aerospace/Nadcap.
• 7+ years in quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and NadCap requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality performance and QMS across two In-Labs.
• Lead quality strategy and ensure compliance with accreditations.
• Interact with clients, accreditation bodies, and primes.
• Drive culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Manage A2LA and Nadcap assessments.
• Provide quality training to staff.
