Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration across teams to optimize production flow. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED with related experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's in a technical field, plus hands-on NDT exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year manufacturing, fabrication, inspection or mechanical engineering experience; OR Associates or Bachelors in a technically related field such as manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical engineering
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections across UT, RT, MT, PT, or ET
• Ability to interpret inspection results, follow safety protocols, and maintain documentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calibrate, and operate specialized NDT tools and equipment
• Conduct NDT using UT, RT, MT, PT, or ET to identify compliance issues
• Ensure inspections meet industry standards and safety guidelines
• Apply mathematical calculations to analyze data and verify tolerances
• Participate in cross-training and promote teamwork and continuous improvement
