Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Director of Nursing Outcomes to lead NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN readiness across its prelicensure nursing locations. You will design a standardized readiness framework, drive predictive analytics, remediation, and outcomes reporting to ensure licensure pass rates meet state board and accreditation expectations.

This role coordinates with campus leaders across time zones, oversees data dashboards and continuous improvement in licensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• 3–5 years of NCLEX outcomes experience in prelicensure nursing within a college/university setting.
• Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Experience working across multiple campuses or a multi-location system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain centralized NCLEX readiness framework across all Herzing prelicensure locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Collaborate with campus directors, program chairs, and faculty to align curriculum and testing cadence.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
