Job summary

Randolph County is seeking an Income Maintenance System Trainer to deliver system and policy training for eligibility staff, focusing on NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NCFAST). The role includes serving as a troubleshooter and building staff knowledge through demonstrations, e-learning, classroom sessions, and on-the-job support.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker or equivalent.
• Proficient in NCFAST system and related training materials.
• Ability to explain complex eligibility information to staff clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver system and policy training for eligibility staff to improve effectiveness and productivity.
• Oversee the NC FAST Worker Certification Program and track staff progress for Supervisors and Administrators.
• Act as troubleshooter for NCFAST issues and provide on-the-job coaching and hand-on demonstrations.
