Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college and two years of experience in a human service program, counseling, or training.
• Or graduation from high school and five years of progressively responsible experience directly related to training in the subject or specialty area.
• Experience in multiple Economic Benefits programs and NCFAST.

Responsibilities

• Administer federally mandated Income Maintenance Programs to applicants/recipients who meet eligibility criteria.
• Function as Staff Trainer for Economic Benefits Programs and connect program policy to the NC Fast system.
• Design, deliver and evaluate computer-based and classroom trainings for staff at varying levels.
• Coordinate training schedules, assist with reports, and monitor training effectiveness.
