Montgomery County OIC is seeking an experienced Construction Trades Instructor (NCCER) to deliver hands-on NCCER Core training and classroom instruction. Classes run at the MontCo OIC campus in Norristown and the ACANA campus in Philadelphia, with a rotating schedule through the course duration.

The Lead Instructor will report to the Site Director. Requirements include NCCER Instructor certification, high school diploma, 3+ years of hands-on construction experience, and ability to travel between

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NCCER Certified Instructor credential.
• At least three years of hands-on construction or skilled trades experience.
• Current NCCER Instructor credential or ability to complete ICTP before delivering NCCER training.
• Reliable transportation to MontCo OIC and ACANA campuses.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Provide instruction at MontCo OIC and ACANA campuses on a rotating schedule.
• Deliver NCCER Core construction training both hands-on and classroom-based.
• Lead Core program with instructional materials, activities, and coordination with the Instructional Assistant.
