Montgomery County OIC in Norristown, PA seeks a Program Manager to lead NCCER Core Construction and DVA workforce development across MontCo OIC and ACANA campuses. You will guide implementation, supervision of staff, enrollment targets, and credentialing while ensuring compliance and budget stewardship.

The role requires in-person work at the two campuses with a start anticipated October 2026. Strong collaboration with industry partners and NCCER stakeholders is essential to success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, education, business, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant and comparable experience.
• At least one year of hands-on construction or directly relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives, including managing timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Reliable transportation to MontCo OIC.
• Authorized documentation to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks as required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee NCCER Core Construction program delivery, administration, and compliance at MontCo OIC and ACANA campuses.
• Develop and implement DVA & NCCER construction workforce development, training, and career progression programs.
• Build relationships with contractors, industry partners, and NCCER stakeholders to identify workforce needs and develop training solutions.
• Supervise instructors, manage schedules, ensure NCCER curriculum alignment with standards and funding guidelines.
• Manage program budget and ensure compliance with grants and NCCER guidelines.
• Maintain integrated calendar covering recruitment, enrollment, training, credentialing, and graduation.
• Support trainee soft-skill development, including resume building and interview skills.
