MontCo OIC and ACANA seek a Program Manager to lead the NCCER Core Construction curriculum implementation and sustainability across Montgomery County OIC and ACANA campuses. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee staff, budgeting, and compliance to meet enrollment, completion, placement, and retention targets.

The role is in-person at the MontCo OIC and ACANA campuses, with start anticipated October 2026.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, education, business, or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee NCCER Core Curriculum delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate schedule and staffing across MontCo OIC and ACANA.
• Manage budget and grant compliance.
• Develop trainee enrollment, placement, and retention targets.
• Build relationships with industry and educational partners.
• Ensure program documentation and audit readiness.
• Support trainee soft-skill development.
• Attend required professional development.
