Job summary

Sumaria Systems LLC is seeking a Journeyman Systems Engineer to support the AFNWC NC3 mission at Hanscom AFB, MA. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DoD engineering environments, experience with requirements management, system integration, verification and validation, and MBSE tools.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant systems engineering, system integration, technical analysis, or DoD engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements development, analysis, management, and traceability.
• Experience evaluating system or subsystem designs, interfaces, performance, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the system lifecycle.
• Support analysis of current and future NC3 systems within the mission architecture.
• Develop, analyze, and update system and technical requirements.
• Support requirements management and traceability to reflect operational needs.
• Establish, manage, and evaluate program technical baselines.
• Review designs for consistency with specifications and mission requirements.
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and testing.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct technical research supporting NC3 requirements and modernization.
