Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. seeks a Test Engineer, Journeyman to support NC3 programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role involves documenting test concepts, planning, execution, and analysis while advising management on NC3 operations.

The candidate will apply DOE methods, develop evaluation criteria, and ensure test environments meet readiness for software releases, with DoD cyber workforce KSAs in mind.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Travel to facility sites with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• BA/MA degree with 3–10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Document review, test concept development, test plan development, test execution, data reduction and analysis, and end-user testing.
• Identify and implement opportunities to expedite testing.
• Apply Design of Experiments to plan and conduct tests.
• Prepare test evaluations, specifications, cost estimates, test plans, and reports.
• Select and apply testing techniques to analyze problems, data, and performance.
