Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer, Journeyman to support NC3 programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires applying test concepts, developing plans, and reporting results to advise management on NC3 operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance, have a solid background in test engineering, and be able to work across multiple facilities. PE Systems offers generous PTO, holidays, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or BA with 3–10 years related experience.
• Must hold Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Document test concepts, test methodology, test plans, execution and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to expedite testing through novel processes and methods.
• Apply DoD and MBSE concepts across the program lifecycle.
• Prepare technical reports, analyses, and test criteria for evaluations.
• Evaluate test environments and ensure readiness for software releases.
• Deconflict schedule conflicts between multiple releases and provide recommendations.
