Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. seeks a Systems Administrator to support NC3 programs at Peterson SFB, CO. The role focuses on administering JIRA and Confluence, enabling agile practices, and delivering dashboards for leadership.

A Secret security clearance is required, with 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong Microsoft Office proficiency. The position emphasizes documentation standards, cross-team collaboration, and program-wide configuration practices to ensure scalable, reliable operation across

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must possess and maintain government security clearance at the Secret.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
• Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
• Must be able to transport self to various facility sites with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and customize JIRA environments with project structures, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Confluence spaces, knowledge bases, and documentation frameworks.
• Create custom JIRA dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for program leadership.
• Configure JIRA/Confluence for Agile development, sprint management, and collaboration across teams.
• Design and implement JIRA/Confluence automation and workflow enhancements.
• Establish Confluence documentation standards and reusable content structures.
• Develop platform-specific configuration standards for JIRA and Confluence across programs.
• Develop reporting and visualization capabilities for different stakeholder groups.
