Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator, JM to support NC3 programs at Peterson SFB, CO. You will administer JIRA and Confluence, customize workflows, and provide leadership with actionable project visibility.

The role requires expertise in JIRA/Confluence, Agile practices, and a Secret clearance, with travel to various facilities as needed. PE Systems values their employees with strong benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must possess and maintain government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).
• Able to perform all functional duties independently.
• Willing to travel to various facility sites; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and customize JIRA environments with project structures, workflows and automation rules.
• Develop and maintain Confluence spaces, knowledge bases, and documentation frameworks.
• Create JIRA dashboards, filters, reports, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
• Configure JIRA/Confluence to support Agile development, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Design and implement automation and workflow enhancements to reduce manual tasks.
• Establish Confluence documentation standards and reusable content structures.
• Develop platform-specific configuration standards for JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop reporting and visualization capabilities for different stakeholder views.
