Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Systems Engineer to support NC3 programs, advising management on effectiveness and sustainability of operations. The role emphasizes applying engineering theories and MBSE across the program lifecycle, with a focus on system security and integration.

The candidate will contribute to cost estimates, standard development, and technical presentations while collaborating with diverse teams. Travel to facilities may be required, and a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 3–10 years of related experience.
• Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to transport self to various facilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering theories, concepts, standards, and methods to extend or modify theories and assumptions.
• Provide expert advice to management on NC3 operations and program effectiveness.
• Support digital engineering concepts and MBSE throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop cost estimates and perform trade studies to ensure system performance.
