Job summary

SeamonWhiteside seeks an experienced Regional Natural Resources Team Leader for North Carolina. You will guide SW+ stormwater, stream restoration, floodplain management, and green infrastructure across the region, focusing on client service, technical excellence, and profitable delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, business development, and mentoring skills, with deep knowledge of modeling, permitting, and nature-based solutions. NC licensure and PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• PE license and NC licensure pathway or ability to obtain it.
• 10+ years in water resources, stormwater, or green infrastructure roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and delivery of stormwater and green infrastructure services in NC.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop regional team members and staff.
