Job summary

SeamonWhiteside seeks an experienced North Carolina Regional Natural Resources Team Leader to drive growth and delivery of stormwater, stream restoration, floodplain management, and green infrastructure services across NC.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relationship building, and team development, with accountability for profitable project delivery and standards adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
PE license in North Carolina or ability to obtain.
10+ years in stormwater, water resources, stream restoration, or green infrastructure.
Proven project leadership, client management, and budgeting experience.
Strong knowledge of NC stormwater regulations and environmental permitting.

Responsibilities

Lead SW+ stormwater, stream restoration, floodplain, and green infrastructure services in NC.
Develop and maintain municipal, county, state, and private client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and proposals.
Serve as principal-in-charge or senior project manager for key projects.
Oversee planning, permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services.
