Job summary

TriNet Group is seeking an NBC-HWC health coach to guide members toward measurable health goals, integrating lifestyle medicine and collaboration with therapists, CS, and marketing teams. You'll design, implement, and refine program strategy, supporting 6–8 clients daily with documentation and progress tracking in a hybrid San Francisco setting.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication and motivational interviewing skills, plus the ability to engage diverse populations and travel

Qualifications

• Current NBC-HWC certification.
• Minimum two years demonstrated health coaching experience.
• Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills.
• Strong technical skills to support data-driven care and program tracking.
• Based in the Bay Area, CA and able to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered coaching to 6–8 clients per day with documentation and progress tracking.
• Develop lifestyle medicine program content, videos, and materials to support engagement and outreach.
• Communicate insights and trends to the Executive Team for program improvement.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, CS and marketing teams for cross-functional success.
• Demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
