Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Vendor Qualification Support professional to assist the US Navy program office. The role emphasizes building automated workflows with Power Platform, improving data visibility for the QPL, and delivering insights to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience (or equivalent), strong data analytics skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% in support of program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree with 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma with 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong foundation in data and business analytics; advanced MS Office skills; experience with PowerBI and data visualization.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated support to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline by designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility for the QPL.
• Create workflows, applications, and reports to support tracking, management, and analysis of vendor qualification from start to finish.
• Analyze data for reports and business analytics that drive actionable insights.
• Participate in operations research and systems analysis.
• Ensure data governance and quality assurance in analytics.
• Engage with stakeholders and report progress; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
