Job summary

Serco Inc. invites applications for a Vendor Qualification Support role supporting Navy submarine programs in Reston, VA. The position requires DoW Secret clearance, a strong background in data analytics, and advanced MS Office and Power BI skills to automate processes and improve data visibility.

You will design and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to track vendor qualification activities, engage stakeholders, and enable informed decision making. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Or an associate degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Or high school diploma with 10 years of related experience.
• Strong foundation in data and business analytics.
• Advanced MS Office skillset including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Advanced data visualization with Power BI.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated support to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility for the QPL.
• Create workflows, applications, and reports to track, manage, and analyze vendor qualification processes.
• Analyze data for reports and business analytics to drive actionable insights.
• Participate in operations research and systems analysis.
• Ensure data governance and quality assurance in analytics.
• Engage in stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
