Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Vendor Qualification Support professional to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline for Navy-related programs. You will design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility within the QPL.

The role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, advanced MS Office and PowerBI skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in a related field.
• Or an associate degree with 8 years of experience in related field.
• Or high school diploma with 10 years of experience in related field.
• Strong foundation in data and business analytics
• An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
• An advanced skillset in data visualization tools (PowerBI) and scientific programming language.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction.
• Discretion in performing specified work requirements.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated support to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline by designing, developing, and maintaining custom Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility for the QPL.
• Create specific workflows, applications, and reports that directly support the tracking, management, and analysis of the vendor qualification process from start to finish.
• Provide analysis of data for report generation, business analytics that drive actionable insights.
• Participate in operations research and systems analysis.
• Ensure data governance and quality assurance in analytics.
• Engage in stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
