Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Vendor Qualification Support professional to support Team Submarine In-service Program Office for US Navy programs.

You will design, develop and maintain Power Platform solutions to automate vendor qualification processes and improve data visibility for the QPL. The role requires a DoW Secret security clearance eligibility, a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination), strong data analytics and Power BI skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Associate degree with 8 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of related experience.
• Strong foundation in data and business analytics.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Advanced data visualization (PowerBI) and scientific programming language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated support to enhance and streamline the vendor qualification timeline by designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions to automate processes and improve data visibility for the QPL.
• Create workflows, applications, and reports supporting tracking, management, and analysis of vendor qualification from start to finish.
• Provide data analysis for reports and business analytics to drive actionable insights.
• Participate in operations research and systems analysis.
• Ensure data governance and quality in analytics.
• Engage in stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
