You will own the opportunity lifecycle from engagement to contract award, work with Navy stakeholders and the growth team, and deliver operational capability through funded procurements. This role suits a high-energy seller who thrives in complex defense sales and market development.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to military or defense sectors.
• Strong network or familiarity with Navy procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior Navy and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Navy pipeline and bookings target across Shield AI’s autonomy software and unmanned systems.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract award.
• Partner with Navy stakeholders and internal teams to translate operational needs into funded procurement.
• Operate in a quota-carrying role with significant upside tied to Navy revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Shield AI’s growth team and former military leaders for strategic market access.
