Ignite Digital is seeking a senior technical analyst to shape Navy software maintenance and modernization efforts. You will develop and refine technical specifications, analyze processes, and drive improvements across complex Navy systems with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a DoW SECRET clearance and a minimum of six years in technical specs, process analysis, and problem solving, with DoD/Navy program experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DoW SECRET clearance required.
• Minimum six years' experience in technical specifications, process analysis and design, and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting Navy or DoW programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and manage technical specifications for Navy software maintenance and modernization.
• Perform process analysis, design improvements, and optimize system workflows.
• Lead technical problem‑solving activities and provide analytical recommendations to Navy stakeholders.
• Support system evaluation, interface requirements, and human‑system interactions across Navy environments.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineers, logistics personnel, and cross‑functional teams for clear documentation.
• Conduct research and documentation supporting system sustainment and modernization.
