Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst III to support a high-visibility U.S. Navy Software Maintenance Program in the Norfolk, VA region. The role targets a seasoned analyst with a strong technical foundation, proven problem-solving ability, and a dedication to mission-critical Navy systems.

Responsibilities include developing technical specs, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with Navy stakeholders to ensure precise documentation and requirements translation.

Qualifications

• DoW SECRET security clearance is required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in technical specifications development, process analysis, and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and manage technical specs for Navy software maintenance and modernization.
• Perform process analysis and design to optimize workflows.
• Lead technical problem solving and provide recommendations to Navy stakeholders.
• Support system evaluation, interface requirements, and human-system interactions.
• Collaborate with program managers and engineers to ensure clear documentation and requirements translation.
• Document sustainment and modernization activities.
