Ignite Digital seeks a skilled Technical Analyst II to support a U.S. Navy Software Maintenance Program in the Norfolk, VA region.

This role helps Navy stakeholders maintain, modernize, and optimize critical software systems across the fleet, requiring an analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in mission-focused environments. You will analyze specifications, collaborate with Navy personnel and engineering teams, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• DoW SECRET security clearance required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in technical specifications development.
• Experience supporting DoW C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems.
• Other relevant industry experience may be considered with COR approval.

Responsibilities

• Support development and refinement of technical specifications, system processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Conduct process analysis and design activities to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.
• Apply analytical and logical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Navy program personnel, engineering teams, logistics specialists, and software maintainers to ensure technical requirements are well-defined.
• Assist in evaluating software maintenance approaches, interface requirements, human-system interactions, and system usability considerations.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
