Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in software maintenance.
• Five years of technical experience supporting complex software applications and solutions.
• Experience with DoW C4ISR, logistics, maintenance, or business systems strongly preferred; other relevant enterprise solutions may be accepted with COR approval.
• Demonstrated experience executing Agile software methodologies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level engineering and scientific support to the project.
• Perform complex software maintenance activities across US Navy-related systems and solutions.
• Support development, enhancement, and sustainment of software applications within DoW C4ISR, logistics, maintenance, or other relevant operational environments.
• Apply Agile software methodologies and principles in daily development, maintenance, and integration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, improve, and optimize software systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, participate in design reviews, and ensure compliance with project and DoD standards.
• Work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and the COR to meet mission objectives.
