VISTA Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to support NAVSEA in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC, onsite 3 days a week. You will guide planning, direction, and success of major Navy programs and technology initiatives with a focus on submarine systems.

The ideal candidate brings Navy PM experience, engineering support background, and a DoD Secret Clearance, with strong MS Office and SharePoint skills for documentation and reporting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years Navy program management experience.
• 2+ years Navy engineering support background.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• BYG-1 familiarity or related submarine systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define, direct and manage the program scope, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate technical approaches and negotiate with activities for resources.
• Establish schedules and budgets; monitor costs and milestones.
• Provide guidance on technical methodology and risk mitigation.
