Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to support NAVSEA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA three days a week, with a focus on schedule and cost tracking, risk management, and senior-level reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DoD or government/industry PM, strong Microsoft Office and BI skills, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. PMP is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years supporting Navy ship production, design to delivery.
• 3+ years in risk identification, documentation, and mitigation.
• 3+ years building data-driven presentations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Track and report schedule execution and financial benchmarks.
• Monitor contract deliverables and project risks; develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare briefings and documents for senior military officers and civilians.
