Job summary

Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support NAVSEA AUS VCS, Phase 2 Divisions, and work with US, UK, and Australia partners on submarine program execution.

The role requires naval experience, leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multinational tasks. The ideal candidate has 16+ years in submarine construction or related fields, a DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or another relevant field.
• Proven ability to navigate and communicate between government and industry stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in a technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive level briefings for senior AUKUS leadership.
• Coordinate knowledge exchange between U.S. and AUS acquisition communities.
• Support procurement planning for additional VCS and trilateral conditions.
• Travel up to total <10%, including international travel.
