Ventus Executive Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join an innovative program office supporting the Navy's submarine combat systems modernization. You will develop detailed technical and programmatic products, consolidate information from multiple stakeholders, and prepare executive-level briefing materials.

The role requires 5+ years of DoD experience, supporting submarine combat systems and naval weapons programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of DoD experience.
• Operational, acquisition, or engineering experience supporting combat systems and weapons control systems.
• Experience supporting submarine combat systems, naval weapons systems, or related defense programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, technical products, and executive-level briefings.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed technical and programmatic products.
• Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials.
• Review test and evaluation documentation of combat system hardware.
• Assist program leadership in informing senior Navy, DoD, and Congressional decision-makers.
