Job summary

Synchron, LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support PMS 392 at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. You will provide program analysis for maintenance and modernization of the U.S. Navy's Attack Submarines and coordinate with Navy stakeholders.

The role requires a technical degree or 5+ years in program management, seven years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and an active Secret DoD clearance. On-site work with limited telework is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Seven years of professional work experience in program/project management.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• High reliability and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Active Secret DoD clearance; familiarity with CUI/NOFORN handling.

Responsibilities

• Attend key team meetings to capture decisions, dependencies, and owners at flag level.
• Develop, maintain, and update action item trackers and dashboards.
• Follow up with task owners to meet deadlines and mitigate risks.
• Edit and consolidate changes to slide decks and briefing packages for leadership.
• Ensure executive products adhere to standards, formatting, and design guidelines.
• Serve as primary administrator for the team's Microsoft Teams environment.
• Keep files and documentation repositories updated and version controlled.
• Coordinate with external government and defense stakeholders (NAVSEA, NAVSEA-related entities, etc.).
