Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Modernization Support Program Analyst to support the modernization of Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems aboard submarines. You will review documentation, coordinate approvals, and provide program metrics and briefing materials to NAVSEA and PMS392R teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or substantial experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical capabilities to influence key programmatic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems or Hull, Mechanical, Electrical Systems is highly desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for modernization management and planning documentation.
• Coordinate review and approval of JCFs, SARs, ECI, AIs, SIDs, LARs, and GFI documentation with TYCOMs and NAVSEA codes.
• Prepare coordinated reports, presentations, and briefings in support of program actions.
