Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Corporate Operations Analyst to support DoD submarine programs from the Washington Navy Yard. The role focuses on process standardization, document management, awards, onboarding, and cross-team coordination to ensure secure, efficient operations.

Telework up to 20% is possible, with core hours onsite. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in related roles, DoD experience, and strong communications for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in related positions.
• 7+ years working with the Department of Defense.
• Experience briefing senior military and government leadership (Admirals/Generals/SES).
• Bachelor’s degree. Experience may be qualifying in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for corporate and program-level processes.
• Manage ETMS2 taskers from receipt to closure.
• Draft and maintain MOAs/MOUs with proper configuration control.
• Coordinate awards, letters of appreciation, and recognition packages.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel.
• Serve as SharePoint and Teams administrator to support efficiency.
• Maintain documentation libraries, dashboards, and workflows for leadership.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
