Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Navy Ship Maintenance Scheduler to join our Norfolk, VA team. You will integrate diverse work packages into the Lead Maintenance Activity and manage the Integrated Production Schedule using MS Project and Primavera.

The role requires a strong background in Navy program scheduling, risk assessment and collaboration with project managers and test engineers to ensure on-time delivery and proper test procedure integration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in management, business or public administration (or PMI/Schedule Analyst or PMP cert).
• 5+ years in engineering/science management, operations or cost analysis; Navy programs experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, multitask balancing and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with naval maintenance philosophy and ship repair scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate AIT, SF, FTA and other activity work into the Lead Maintenance Activity (LMA).
• Develop IPS using MS Project and Primavera and related tools.
• Analyze MIS data (NMD/SMDII/AMS) for cost controls and manpower/duration forecasting.
• Assess risk to on-time delivery and link test events to key milestones.
• Coordinate government-required actions to support IPS and schedule integration.
