Job summary

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler I in National City, CA to develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules for U.S. Navy ship repair projects.

You will coordinate with Program Managers, Project Managers, QA, and customers to ensure work is executed on schedule. The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Project and Open Plan, knowledgeable of NAVSEA standards 009-060 and 009-111, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in planning/scheduling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and Open Plan.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to interpret NAVSEA Standard Items and review technical blueprints.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Open Plan.
• Review engineering plans and specifications to determine material requirements for repair, fabrication, or modernization.
• Incorporate NAVSEA 009-060 and 009-111 standards into scheduling.
• Identify critical path activities and recovery plans as needed.
• Monitor schedule performance and provide weekly progress updates to teams and leadership.
• Support schedule status meetings and ensure schedules reflect production progress.
