Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to lead day-to-day development, maintenance, and publication of the Integrated Master Schedule for the Franklin, Louisiana shipyard.

You will align hull milestones into a portfolio forecast, manage resources, and drive critical-path analyses across multiple vessels. You will collaborate with Vessel Planners, maintain schedule baselines, and deliver executive summaries and recovery analyses to support production priorities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years planning/scheduling or project controls experience in shipbuilding or marine settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 with multi-project integration and resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling, earned value concepts, and SV/SPI metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple vessels.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and shared-resource management.
• PMI-SP or AACE PSP scheduling certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for active and planned vessels at the Franklin, LA shipyard.
• Integrate hull milestones into a portfolio-level forecast and reconcile updates.
• Maintain common WBS, calendars, and interfaces across the portfolio.
• Model vessel sequencing and manage shared facilities and resources.
• Identify conflicts, perform what-if analyses, and update management on priorities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly portfolio reports and milestone dashboards.
• Ensure schedule logic drives forecast dates and maintain baselines and data dates.
